Never Night March 14th

Line Break will be off the air until March 14th.

Do not despair. Dr. Derick Burleson, poet extraordinaire, will help us kick off our Spring season with his hot new book Never Night.

If you don’t already own a copy of Never Night, you still have more than a week to get one. There is nothing nicer on a cold Alaskan afternoon than to curl up next to the radio with a brand new book.

Adam Zagajewski says that:

"Never Night is a hymn to life, a meditation on day and night, on the seasons, on nature and on love. Alaska may be real chilly in the winter but these beautiful poems are more than warm. Apparently poetry can change climate.."

Chancellor of the Academy of American Poets, Edward Hirsch, writes:

"Derick Burleson has given us a far northern book of invitations ('You'd like it here where/ it's never night'), which shines with a radiant spirit. It is a work of soul-making."

I am totally jazzed. This show promises to be more fun than a monkey full of barrels.
